Description: Our petition has had excellent support in processing from the California Department of Education and the alternative services from the El Dorado Charter Special Education Local Planning Area (SELPA). However, on careful examination, while bringing our budget into complete form, we have concluded that the economics are not supportive of our charter proposal at this time. We will be exploring our options and looking for a more favorable time and conditions in which to reapply. We are now in the process of considering our options for proceeding or not proceeding with a proposal for the charter school.
