BUNDLE OF JOY DAYCARE #3

I must agree with the other review here. IF ONLY I HAD SEEN IT BEFORE ENROLLING MY CHILDREN HERE!

The last straw came when JUST AS NOTED IN THE OTHER REVIEW my 2 year old climbed to the top of the jungle gym which is meant for much older children - and fell 12 feet down to the cement ground!? His mouth was bloody and swollen when I arrived to pick him up. AND NO ONE NOTICED?! Bulls___t! As I examined him closer, he actually had a huge hole inside his mouth that needed stitches and I rushed him to the ER!! BUT NO ONE CALLED ME, MY HUSBAND, OR OUR EMERGENCY CONTACTS WHEN THIS HAPPENED?!!! The ONLY thing that was said to me was that he didn't eat all day. Well you know what that meant. This had to have happened in the morning yet no one knows anything!? OMG. Never came back after this incident - BOJ needs to just shut down it's a nightmare for parents.

MORE INFO: No educational activities whatsoever as the staff would like parents to believe. This "place" is not what it seems at all. Old, run down, and dirty. And YES the children are neglected. And NO they are not getting the professional care or supervision that is promised. My children arrived each morning clean and ready for their day. Yet when I came to pick them up in the evenings they were (excessively) filthy and many times clothing was wet from no diaper change all day!

To add insult to injury, on several occasions my toddlers would have marks and scratches on them from falling or being hit by other children! Yet the staff never ever seemed to know what happened! REALLY?! TAKE YOUR CHILD HERE IF YOU DARE. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED. OH and FYI this facility has so many violations that they are now on probation and cannot accept new enrollments with Crystal Stairs. Probably Children's Home Society too for that matter. I wonder why! NOT!

earlier this year 2014 my son was attending this bundle of joy they allowed the kids to go outside and play the following day after it was raining and my son ended up slipping and falling and hitting his mouth and hit his head on the way down nobody in this facility thought To call me to tell me what happened to my son to see if I wanted to take him to the hospital his mouth was completely busted it happened at 9 o'clock in the morning I pick my son up around 6 p.m. And that's when I found out that he hurt his self because I seen him when I walked in the facility I told the manager she told me she knew nothing about it no one knew anything about it except for the one staff member who saw it which I feel is complete neglect you mean to tell me  my son walked in the facility looking normal and about 2 hours later after he walked in the facility looking normal his face was completely messed up and no one noticed and he was looking like that from 8 o'clock in the morning until 6 o'clock p.m. And no one had noticed except for the one staff member who see him fall and she failed to tell anybody and after he fell  they  allowed him to take his nap and go to sleep I would not trust no one in this facility with my kids that was his last day going to bundle of joy they never saw him again they completely neglect the kids no one is paying attention to what's going on and no one should have allowed those kids to go outside and play if it was still puddles on the ground from the rain. I would strongly suggest that anyone reading this find a different day care center cuz this place seriously does not pay attention to the kids I would never leave my kids life in their hands again.
