Description: Named for Kids Incorporated's founder, Budd Bell, the center serves 40 children, primarily from the South City area of Tallahassee. Co-located with the Boys & Girls Clubs' Greg McCray Center, the center was dedicated on May 25, 2004 by then Florida First Lady Columba Bush, Congressman Allen Boyd and Mayor John Marks.
