Plan: Staff received a written reprimand. Clips on the gate have been replaced. Assistant director were overseeing staff during outside time the next couple of days after the incident to ensure all requirements were being followed regarding supervision and outdoor safety and to ensure the whole playground is being watched at all times. Staff meeting to address outside procedures including positioning staff on the playground and staff asking another staff to relieve them if they need a break sot that supervision is maintained. |
