About the Provider
Under the leadership of Johnny Bryant and Kim Rice, our Head Start/Early Head Start Program has grown by 40% in recent years. During that time, emphasis on our Mission Statement helped to ensure that we continue to reach for the stars. Enough is not enough. At United, excellence is the only goal.

If a staff member is observed with a phone in the classroom during child contact time, it will result in an automatic write-up. A second occurrence will result in immediate termination. We are taking a firm stance to ensure active supervision at all times. |

It was discussed that if a staff see something inappropriate for them to act immediately by telling the staff to stop this behavior and for the staff to stop this behavior and for that staff to tell the directors. Another in-depth staff meeting will be conducted this week to discuss more in detail. |
