| Findings: Supervision Concerns and Health and Safety Concerns. There were concerns of background checks and CPR/FA certifications not being current for staff no illness policy and cleanliness. During the investigation, children were sleeping in a room without supervision, staff members onsite did not have background clearances nor CPR certified. Additionally, a staff member failed to sanitize dishes after washing them with soap and water. Lastly, the provider declared an infant sleeps in a swing on a regular basis. Resolution: Children were sent home and the provider was informed of proper sanitizing methods for dishwashing, safe sleep procedures, and that all children must be in direct sight and sound to be in compliance for supervision. The provider later obtained current background checks and CPR certifications for all staff members. | |||
