Jeff Dean, Co-Director and long time Fairfield dad, holds his Bachelor's Degree from Fairfield University. Heather Dean, Co-Director holds her Associate's Degree, Bachelor's Degree and MAT in Elementary Education; she currently works part-time tutoring children with Autism and other special needs and persuing a dual certification in Special Education.
