Violation Observed: Per the Updated COVID-19 Standards Child Care Centers, issued 5.26.2021, ensure staff wear a mask at all times. Staff in room 2 did not have a mask on when the inspector entered the room. 11/15/2021-A staff member was observed on camera not wearing her masks correctly. The staff member pulled the mask up after a while.
