Findings: Supervision Concern. There were concerns that infants were sleeping in swings, unsupervised. During the investigation, the health department observed an infant sleeping in a room alone. The investigator informed the provider that sleeping children must be in direct sight and sound at all times and that a baby monitor is not sufficient. Resolution: The infant was relocated to another classroom at the time of investigation. IdahoSTARS was asked to provide this facility with support focused on nap time practices and supervision.
