Program had low shelving in 2.5 year-old-room that was tippable and caused an injury. Shelving was immediately removed from classroom. Items in program that were accessible to children: Willow room-classroom door unlocked, empty, but electric drill on floor. Walnut - Teacher purse on bottom of unlocked cabinet. Breakroom - key was in unlocked door, teacher purse on counter, dish soaps under sink. Aspen - Tube of hand lotion on bottom shelf of unlocked closet. 2025-03-07
