I am a former employee of Bold Springs Academy and I must say that it was a pleasure working with these ladies! I loved how management went out of their way to make sure the kids received the best loving care possible. They always made sure to go over and beyond state requirements. For example in a classroom where the state ratio is 1 teacher per 10 kids, at Bold Springs, there would be two teachers for 9 kids! This made the job so much more enjoyable. It gave me the freedom to take time out of my busy day to just love on the kids and attend to their individual needs. In addition, if teachers needed help for any reason at any time, management was always quick to fill the need. Sadly my situation required me to relocate. But I would highly recommend this center to anyone looking for childcare in the Monroe Area.
