Bluebird is an EXCEPTIONAL school with top of the line teachers. My daughter has attended Bluebird for 4 years. We are so impressed with the knowledge she has. At the age of 1, she learned many words in sign language. From age 2 - present, she knows many words in spanish and portuguese. The facility is always super clean and I have never had any issues here. Andrea, the director is very knowledgeable, fair and honest.
My wife and I have use this Child Care provider for 10 months now, our experience has been great from the start, they accept VPK certificates and ELC. The teachers there are awesome with the curriculum, tend to the children learning and loving with each of the children. That which did not change from our experience there. However, the director Andrea is a terrible person to have to deal with, her attitude is very unprofessional. Plenty of time she has harassed my wife about when I call in to make payments for our children telling my wife false details about how I converse to her about break down of payments for each child. Not to get to personal my wife and I make payments every two weeks for TWO kids anyone who pays full child care you can round a estimate. We recently got approved for ELC, Andrea who is the director has been trying to make us pay more then the actual ELC agreement, plenty time she has called my wife at work and confronted her very rudely in front of other parents about demanding more money outside of the ELC agreement. My wife told her she will not and cannot; Andrea demanded that our children no longer come to her facility stating we are with ELC in a belittling facial expression and tone. I believe that is a fraud violation. I am also reporting this to the Liscensing of Child Care in Palm Beach County, it’s been count of allegations done this is unacceptable.
