Noncompliance Area: The director reported that on 7/27/20 facility persons #1, 2 and 3 were watching a group of 10 infants / young toddlers as one group and did not have specific children assigned to them at the time of a fire drill. Facility person #1 proceeded to pick up two infants and then allowed child #1, a young toddler, to walk outside in front of her barefoot onto the hot pavement. Child #1 was standing on the pavement for approximately 10 seconds before being picked up and the bottoms of his feet were burned and needed to be medically treated as a result.
