Staff could also no longer be a provisional hire as the CPSL indicates a staff can only be provisionally hired for 45 days. Staff # 10 had a date of hire of 9/11/21 as a provisional hire. The file did not contain documentation that staff # 10 applied for the NSOR clearance prior to working in child care. Staff # 10 was not hired correctly as a provisional hire. All listed staff have worked in child care without having appropriate clearances on file.
