Big Brother and Little Sister Child Care Learning Center

My experience with Big Brother Little Sister daycare was pretty awful. My daughter was always sick with a cold and received 2 diaper rashes and the staff blamed it on the pampers. I’ve now switched back to the brand of pampers that was suppose to be causing the rashes and it has NOT happened again. So they basically lied to cover themselves. The straw that broke the camels back was when I picked my daughter up and her eye was swollen with a scratch directly under her eye. An explanation could not be provide from the owners because they had no idea it had even happened. Their was no incident report taken or anything. When I asked about a copy of the report out of concerns for my daughters safety. The owner Leroy became extremely upset and started being every unprofessional. He began to raise his voice and told me that he didn’t know what I wanted him to do. As if I shouldn’t be in distress over my daughters safety. If you are looking for a place to keep your child where the staff are trained adequately and aren’t neglectful. I would suggest to look elsewhere.

My children have attending this daycare for 3 months and they love it.When i go to pick them up they don't be wanting to leave.Im glade to know they love it there.The staff there are friendly and nice and my children love being there.I have not had any problems at this daycare,they really love and care for their kids.So if you are looking for someone to watch,care,feed,and show love to your child/children Big Brother Little Sister is the daycare to go....
