I have used this provider for less than 6 months

My kid loves coming here! The first day went amazing & didn't cry once, learns new things every day & every day I receive a report summary of the day including temperament, what was eaten, what was learned, activities, and they do art occasionally there as well.

There's even more information provided posted in a schedule on a board near the front where you check in and it shows a list of the daily activities, seems like they do every 30 mins to an hour they're doing something different which is awesome.

The staff is always considerate and helpful & able to answer any questions. As a single parent that has been the sole caregiver since day one, having the staff be supportive initially & throughout is comforting.

Definitely highly recommend

I have used this provider for more than 6 months

The best daycare my children has come to by far the staff is amazing and my children loves Mr.T

I have used this provider for less than 6 months

I am horrified at the fact that my child had his lunch packed and was given it but it was allowed to spoil in the containers. Also when he was given his lunch it was never the entire meal since I got the more than half back spoiled in the topper wear. He was returned to me with his face still containing food from lunch after his nap. He got sick and I did not receive a call or email neither did the second person listed as a contact. And the worse part one of the care givers was sleeping with her shirt rolled up almost to her breast with two children watching her on a Tuesday afternoon. Worst care given I am horrified I left my child there to start with

I have toured this provider's facility, but have not used its services
