Bethesda Christian School

Serving our community for many generations, Bethesda Christian School is a pre-school ministry serving children 6 weeks through five years old.  Preschool is from 8:45-12:00, with extended care options available from 7:15 a.m. through 5:30 p.m. Bethesda Christian School exists to help children grow spiritually, socially, emotionally, physically, and intellectually. We recognize each child as a special gift to the world, and believe a child's development as a whole person is the mark of a successful early childhood education.

Our goal is to provide the highest possible standard of care and the most appropriate learning environment for the children in our program. We use a center-based, age appropriate developmental curriculum, following the recommendations of the National Association for the Education of Young Children. (NAEYC) We believe that children benefit greatly from 1:1 educational opportunities with adults, so classes have both a lead teacher and an assistant. While following the NAEYC standards, we include several opportunities for curriculum development and enrichment each week, including; Chapel, music and movement, and computer lab.
