We were constantly getting complaints about our child. Come to find out, our child was suffering from a big ouchie that she was embarrassed to tell the adults about since she was not made to feel comfortable around them. After two incidents (which were cries for help but my daughter did not know how to convey the ouchie), we were threatened to be kicked out of the program essentially. My daughter is 5 years old mind you. Absolutely terrible Director (this is for the Sato ES location). Cold and not friendly, and lost her patience pretty quickly. Pulled my kiddo out after two weeks. Was told they are happy to keep providing care through September but why on earth would a parent keep their child at a place where she is not wanted. Worst experience with childcare we have EVER been provided with.
