2025-03-28 Complaint 13A.16.03.04K Corrected
Findings: Complaint states there is no mention of an afternoon snack on the daily logs in the infant room. Findings: There were some daily schedules that didn't mention a snack given in the afternoon for children who receive solid foods. Staff stated that they might have forgotten to write it down but that children are given a snack when they wake up from their afternoon nap. Staff need to be sure to write down all feeding times on the daily sheets for the children as that information is what parents look for at pick up time. Even if a child chooses to not eat the snack or lunch it needs to be recorded that it was offered and the child chose not to eat. Specialist left some other examples of daily sheets that have more information on them to be able to fill in for parents than the one the center is currently using. Center needs to submit examples of staff keeping more thorough daily sheets to specialist as a correction.
2023-04-25 Mandatory Review 13A.16.03.06A(2) Corrected
Findings: AB left employment in January 2023. Specialist received notification today. Center is reminded to let specialist know about staff leaving within 5 days.
