My great granddaughter attended Headstart during her potty training time. We are so grateful to the teachers and staff who worked with her on caring for herself and getting along with others. They were amazing! My only regret is that the shortage of teachers limits the available classes. Only 8 children are allowed in a class. And there is only one class per age group. It is such a waste of a beautiful facility.
I love my son's teacher from this program. She is fantastic and is very empathic. She is kind and understanding. She goes above and beyond to teach my son. Apart from the basics she also leads him to be respectful and have patience with others. I have noticed a change in his behavior when he socially interacts with others. I am grateful that there is a teacher that is willing to take the time and teach my son the things that are important. He might be young but I value that children should be taught respect She is the only one of all the other teachers that he has had there in the past that demonstrates a true desire to serve the community. Now that my son is moving on to kindergarten I hope he gets a teacher that demonstrates the desire to teach and patience to help my child learn just like Ms. Jenyfer.
