Since its inception in 1988, Banners has successfully established and maintained the highest standard for consistently providing quality child care in the Rochester area. Our unique building was one of the first in the Rochester area especially designed for child care. Banners has consistently met the needs of children and parents from our multicultural community. Our program focuses on providing a safe, loving, and fun environment for children to grow physically, emotionally, socially, and cognitively. In an atmosphere of warmth and affection, children's natural curiosity and interest in learning can be stimulated through active participation in activities involving all of their senses including their sense of self.
