I happened to witness Mrs. Bainbridge speaking with one of her clients; this woman was very soft-spoken and brought up an issue where Mrs. Bainbridge had been repeatedly negligent. Without warning, Mrs. Bainbridge became extremely angry with the client, "chewed-her-out" loudly and then walked away while the client was calmly attempting to explain in further detail the problem at hand. I would not leave my kids with Mrs. Bainbridge due to a volatile and unpredictable temper. C.E.
