Not much to say expect there is no set structure, no great management, lack of communication and last but not least, no education at all! If you want your child to just go there to waste time with no learning than that's the right place. Teachers there don't communicate with parents, reports are not being written correctly and many teachers are not able to know the parents needs because of language barrier. I will never see a center as disorganized and unprofessional like Blue Bird of Vienna.
There is no one I trust more with my daughter than with Ms. Neven Riad at Blue Bird day care. I have been more than impressed with the care and attention that she has received since starting with Ms. Neven. She treats her as if its her own child that she looks after. She is kind, accommodating and so helpful in working with us. She is just amazing and goes above and beyond what is expected of a daycare provider to bring joy to our daughter's life. I Highly recommend Blue Bird, but especially Ms. Neven, such a sweetheart!
This is a hidden gem in the maze of daycares in NOVA. After visiting daycares from Springfield to DC, we chose Blue Bird based on the obvious fact that the children loved the women working there (during our tour the manager, Saroj, was hugged by several children). Our son started at 4 months and has fallen completely in love with Miss Neven Riad, who loves our son as if he was her own. We consider her a member of our family, and possibly our son's favorite person in the world (only half kidding!). All the women have significant child care experience and are patient, kind & compassionate. I highly recommend!
