About the Provider

This is a child care and preschool.

The mission of Academy of Busy Bees is to provide a safe, nurturing, encouraging, and educational family environment for children where parents/guardians can feel secure and certain that their children’s everyday needs are being met. We believe that every child has his/her own unique way of acquiring knowledge, and that children learn well when they are surrounded by an assortment of stimuli. Therefore the Academy of Busy Bees’ physical environment and activities are created to appeal to children and enhance their development and learning. We are eager for your child to learn and develop in a secure, caring, and comfortable environment.

Academy of Busy Bees is a home family child care facility where the kids can feel safe and comfortable while learning through storytelling, art projects, math and ABC games, songs, and sciences. Moreover, children are fed with homemade food according to and exceeding the requirements of the USDA program.

Through my teaching experience, I realized as a child care provider that the quote from Franklin D Roosevelt, "We may not be able to prepare the future for our children, but we can at least prepare our children for the future." was very powerful, and contained a huge amount of common sense. Here at the Academy of Busy Bees, we work very hard to prepare the children for their future learning experiences. Never give up, try and you succeed. You can’t succeed if you do not try. We can say with pride that the children that attend this child care are prepared for their life’s future endeavors.

The name Academy of Busy Bees was chosen because of the idea to keep the children actively engaged with the goal of helping their intellectual development and their creativity by utilizing various fun and interactive activities, or, in other words, keeping them busy as bees.
