A paper copy of the Notice of Inspection Rights was given to the applicant at the beginning of the inspection. The fingerprint clearance cards for 2 of 2 staff members were verified to be valid through the DPS website at the time of the inspection. During the exit interview, the following items were discussed, but are not limited to: *Continue to monitor the outdoor play equipment to ensure there are no hazards *Toxins and items with a child warning label will be inaccessible to enrolled children *The hose in the outdoor activity area will remain close to the home to avoid a tripping hazard. *Diaper products will be inaccessible to enrolled children *Diapers and clothes will be changed upon soiling *The menu will be posted *Please notify the department if the child care group home will be left unoccupied during the hours of operation or if the home will be temporarily closed.
