| Initial Comments: An Initial Monitoring Inspection was attempted on 11/3/25 and the Compliance Officer (CO) was informed by the provider that the Child Care Group Home has not opened for operation since being licensed due to a lack of enrollment. The CO observed that the providers own children were the only children present during the inspection and requested that the provider inform the Bureau when they are open for child care and a Follow-Up Inspection will be conducted at that time. | |||
