We encourage families to contact the daycare provider directly with any questions or concerns, as the provider may have already addressed some or all issues. The staff is a bunch of teenage girls who play favorites with the children. Most staff are high and/or on something. Staff is always on phone and openly admit they hate the place. Stay away!
The teachers are very nice and caring people, while their admin people are no where to be found!!! The teachers are there taking care of the kids and assisting the parents with administrative duties. Yes! The Admin staff has hours. No! They are not in the building. Where are your admin people slacking off at? Or are they even working at Arches?
