I have used this provider for more than 6 months

Grandson 17 had been attending 105th Str.location since 4mo.or so with no issues. Moved to toddler group 1st Shift less than 2 weeks ago and has been seriously neglected and injured. Teacher re-dressed child without a diaper & neglected to keep daily logs 3 of 5 days..Child & 2nd shift teacher urine soaked .Director & Owner notified. They made excuses for teacher's behavior, (she was in a hurry her ride was waiting..possibly reprimanded her, two days later child sustained a bleeding injury to foot that required emergency care, Teacher did not report incident Mom found injury due to child crying from the pain. We hope to view video to understand what is going on here..Possible charges to be filed. Please investigate.Re
