This daycare is awful. The staff that run the front office are disrespectful and are not capable of running a daycare smoothly at all. My family has watched several families walk out of this daycare due to their lack of cleanliness and structure. The staff never show up on time and leave you dropping your kid off late or with only one staff member in the entire facility. There has numerous closures to the facility with little to no notice to parents, so they are left stuck scrambling for childcare. Our child has come home every week with a new bite, scratch or gash with no explanation as to how it occurred. We understand accidents happen and kids will be kids but every week and sometimes multiple times a week with no explanation is unacceptable. Their staff are unable to keep their books and will come asking for money out of now where. They also will frequent ask for diapers and wipes even though you just sent them. There was several times we know we stocked more than our child’s supply. We confronted the staff several times and we given poor excuses as to why they were always late or why things we happening the way they were. There was never an effort to change any procedures and they would just look at us and never speak. If you have any other option take it. Do not send your children here. The two that run that front office need to leave if they can’t run this place any better.
My son is only 2 months old. He attended here for only 2 weeks. On the first day of his first week, my baby came home with a little bald spot on top of his head on his soft spot. His teacher didn’t know how it occurred. I had let that go by because I wanted to give the benefit of the doubt. On the second week again someone or something had messed with this spot again making it bigger the size of a golf ball and causing deep bloody scratches to occur on top of his soft spot. I was notified via text message a few hours after the incident occurred, which wasn’t professional at all. I eventually get to the daycare after I viewed the message to talk with Ms. Abee, the lady that’s over the program who sent me the text message only to find out that she couldn’t give me a answer as to how this situation occurred. Like there was nobody watching him at the time and this magically happened to him. I asked to view footage of what happened to my child, I was denied. I asked several questions to try to better understand how this happened since I couldn’t look at the recording and she proceeds to get loud with me out of nowhere, rolls her neck and does hand gestures like I was wrong for trying to understand what happened to my son under the care of her and her team at the daycare. She was very unprofessional. I will for sure be reaching out to her supervisor and also corporate because this is just unacceptable. As a first time mom this experience has been horrible at this daycare. I do not recommend this daycare, especially not for the nursery classroom.
