We ensure they attend the child in the bathroom, continue to monitor while watching the room, then once the child is finished, they are required to wipe them. The staff that did not follow this protocol were terminated. We will continue to ensure staff is doing what is required.

Licensing observed an employee purse that contained medication, located on top of short cubbies located in hallway that is accessible to all children. Licensing also observed multiple diaper bags located in same cubbies that contained ibuprofen and/or allergy medication. Licensing observed an open diaper bag that had an albuterol inhaler setting on top as well as an albuterol inhaler laying on a shelf in same short cubbies. Licensing also observed Tylenol and teething medication in an open basket located in the same short cubbies. All items were easily accessible to children. SERIOUS
