I have used this provider for more than 6 months

I enrolled my child in this daycare on October of 2018 and took him for 4 days. He started on Tuesday and his last day was on Friday. My son was petrified on the last day. When I dropped him off he was crying and didn't want to let go of me. I thought it was because it was all new for him. So I left to work. I came to pick him up an hour early and he was crying again. The staff told me that he was crying because he saw a parent pick up a kid and he got upset. I believed them and left with my child. When I got home I saw my neighbor and she told me that when she picked up her daughter she saw my son crying. I put my son down and kept talking to her, then noticed my son was walking differently. I took him inside and started undressing him when I saw that he's bottom was raw and full of blisters. My son had to be sitting on poop all day for him to get a rash that bad. I called the supervisor by the name of Ana and asked why I was not notified that my son had a rash. Her response was... I don't know! She handed the phone to a teacher by the name Nancy, that lady denied that my son had gotten a rash while he was under her care. Long story short... No one at Amistad took liability for what happened to my son. Not the supervisor not the teacher not corporate. They did ask for a second chance to care for him but after having my son in pain for three day and having to give him Tylenol for pay all weekend, we decided that we couldn't trust anyone in that daycare/company. Every day care provider is by law mandated to report any scratch or injury that happens while the care for your child and Amistad did do so.
Please be mindful of where you take your children to be cared for... Amistad is definitely the worse daycare... I had to give 1 star because they didn't give me the option to give 0.
