My one year old daughter has been left in soiled clothing on more than one occasion, for several hours. For the three days she was there, I found her in a high chair in front of the t.v. With no interaction from the staff members. As if she was being restrained. I provided a change of clothes on every occasion and yet the daycare provide was either too lazy to change my baby or simply incompetent. Upon taking my concerns to the Director, Tammy Slate, she seem to be very defensive stating the the teacher would receive a WRITE UP and to allow her 24hours to resolve the issues. Not once did I receive an apologize from the teacher or Tammy Slate. Other unresolved issues I have with the daycare is that Tammy slate refuse to issue a refund for services that was NOT rendered. But no where in the facility was is posted that refunds aren't given. And I NEVER received a parent handbook, inspite asking numerous times.
