Gave them a deposit to guarantee a spot as I was told by the owner was needed to do that day. Turned down another provider so my daughter could be with her cousin in the same classroom. When we went to do paperwork I was told there was no spot because someone else paid for a full week plus deposit. We weren't told that was needed to get the spot. Now we are without any childcare and the snarky director didn't even apologize about the situation! Be ware of this so called "business" they clearly aren't ran well!
