I have used this provider for less than 6 months

DO NOT BRING YOUR INFANTS HERE::All details can be confirmed with screenshots of Brightwheel app(communication app they use) and photos of child date stamped, as well as pediatrician reports dated) MIND YOU, she has always been in my care for 12 months of life prior and Im very active in her daily life; she gets a diaper rash along with a huge rash on her face (6th day of using the facility) I wrote a extensive report on the app explaining my concern I advised she wouldn’t return til I was able to see class footage and be assured she is properly being taken care of. They lost my child’s bag for a full day and had placed her in their “extra clothes” which is why she had the face rash but still doesn’t explain the diaper rash. So trying to be understanding I allow them to continue caring for my child. (I should of stopped there and changed facilities, especially because everyday my child fusses to go with them each day for now 3 weeks it never got better & they say a child will show you who they are not comfortable with and my child was trying to tell me through fussing each day) the FIRST REPORT WAS ON 9/10/2020 documented. The SECOND REPORT WAS ON 09/15/2020 I had dropped her off the rash was improving BUT when I picked her up the rash had worsened x2 and now skin was actually completely gone and I just could not understand how when I provided rash cream, I provided diapers, I provided 99.9% water and organic wipes to assist in the diaper rash treatment, NOTHING. I even told them to check her diaper every 30 minutes.. IT STILL DID NOT CHANGE A THING, THE RASH WORSENED AGAIN. The third complaint was on 09/16/2020 AGAIN, I dropped her off the rash was improving I picked her up the rash WORSENED AND MORE SKIN WAS MISSING. Understand I’m a first time mom this was just a complete mistake and I am so hurt that I can’t help my child and fix what this facility has done to my baby. She cries when she pee cause it burns I can’t even bathe her without her crying in agony. I wrote a formal complaint on the app and advised maybe checking every 15 minutes instead of 30 minutes should fix the issue they are having. Well today 09/17/2020 I’m picking her up and they inform me she needs diapers. I had just dropped off 98 exact diapers on MONDAY 09/14/2020 and inquired how is it she needs diapers when I know she should have diapers. After looking for 2 minutes they “find the missing diapers with her name on it”. Okay, now something told me check your child’s diaper while at the facility. I checked the diaper without leaving and I notice the rash HAS WORSENED AGAIN! The director then stated “no no no mommy she is fine (child’s name) is fine.lets go see, show me” we go into a private room within facility and uncomfortably I removed my child’s clothing and diaper to show the very much active rash with cream u can still see the skin is missing. She blatantly lie in my face and say”no mommy that is a scar from the diaper rash it’s healed I’ve been a mom for over 50 years” ???? I replied, “ma’am I don’t have to be a mom for (blank) years to know MY CHILD that came out of ME! I know how her vaginal area looks and the rash was confirmed by her pediatrician just 24 hours prior that she does have a diaper rash and provided with special prescribed rash cream that you can’t get over the counter and we haven’t picked it up yet because the Walgreens had to order it to be delivered to the store for pick-up. Going back and forth with her over how she feels her facility is at no fault and it’s my child Runny diaper that caused the rash and me informing her I have formally complained and discussed this issue on many occasions. To make matters worse she states”my grandchildren all 4 have been here since 6 weeks old and never had a rash” I immediately stated “you are making matters worse with your choice of words so your children are being taken care of while MINE isn’t” Esmeralda was also in the room and heard everything she couldn’t even respond. At that moment I immediately withdrew my child.. DO NOT BRING YOUR BABIES HERE!!

My child went to All Star Learning Center for about 2 months. Everything seemed fine at first then my child would cry & cling to me when I would leave her in the morning. She had scratches under her eyes & they didn't know how they got there. Then about 2 weeks later she had more scratches on the side of her face. They tried to say that she did it with her fingernails but I cut her nails 2 days before this happened. The scars looked like falling down scrapes on her face. My child was only 18 months so they never took her outside. She also had a bruise on her arm that day. This was the last straw & I have never taken her back!
