Our twins went here for three years and loved it. ABC provided a fun, safe, and enriching environment. The preschool program prepared our kids for Kindergarten, both socially and academically. They support parents and strive to always do their best.
Yesterday I picked up my niece from the daycare, I was informed by the mother that I had until 6:30pm to pick her up. The daycare ended up calling me a few minutes past 5:30pm stating they closed and that I was late. I made it by 5:45 pm, they said it's a $2 a minute fee. When I look online it states they close at 7pm.
Fast forward to today, I paid them the so called late fee, but the day care did not give me a receipt. So I feel kind of on the fence about it all. When does this day care really close? 5:30 6:30 or 7???? My niece has been going to this day care for over a month and we would really like to know.
