| Findings: The director states that infant room 1, 2 staff and 6 children ages 12m-18m was temporarily relocated to the Arbutus room from about 1030am-215pm so that plumbers could work on the tank located in that room. The Arbutus room is not approved on the license as alternate space. The director states she thought the room had been approved long before she started as the children sometimes play in there when they are not able to go outside. LS explained that the program will need to submit a changes form to request the room to be approved. | |||
