The teachers have been amazing and I know my child is being cared for every day. The projects they do are so thoughtful and sweet. That being said, many of them have been shuffled around/or have left the center altogether leaving the issue of inconsistent teachers throughout the day a problem. I’ve noticed lack of updates through the day and decline in education over the past 3 months. My child has been noticeably less happy to attend. After talking to a member of management I was not made to feel any better, she exited the meeting about 3 times leaving me to feel unimportant and unvalued. She even stated I try a different daycare location as a method of fixing my concerns. I hope more positive changes will be implemented in the next few weeks because they have been a great place for our child.
