Provider Response: (Contact the State Licensing Office for more information.) I plan to continue to review my Emergency Plan annually and then send it over to my Township and York county EMS (Emergency Management Services) by email just as I have done this year and years prior. I did this on March 11,2026 by email so I do have documentation that I did it. Sadly, I apparently, in addition to sending it to them I also need to sign, date and write reviewed on my Emergency Plan that I post as well. When I was told this, I did it right away. And I will now add this part into my annual review with the Emergency Plan. |

Correction Required: Emergency drills shall be conducted annually. Annual emergency drills shall be documented and on file at the facility. |

Provider Response: (Contact the State Licensing Office for more information.) I was able to provide documentation of Emergency Drills. Sadly I was 9 days off from the annual 365 days. The one prior was 1/28/25 and the most recent was 2/6/26. I plan to do two drills a year from here on out so I will not get caught up in a number of days technicality again. |

Provider Response: (Contact the State Licensing Office for more information.) I applied for the new PA State Police Criminal Background Clearance on 3/23/26 when I realized it was expired for my husband. I was unaware that they did not mail them out anymore and we were to print them until I called today 4/13/26 and the lady on the phone informed me of this. It was there and ready to be printed since 3/26/26. I was waiting for it to come in the mail. I plan to set a phone calendar reminder a couple month prior for the next renewal of all clearances. |
