Mrs Alice at the start seemed to be a very nice caretaker and she claimed to be a God fearing woman. The type that as soon as you walk in the house a big fat bible is right there for you to see. However, she isn't just a Good fearing woman but a liar and con artist. She will call you late at night and text you everyday. This woman wanted me to give my child who wasn't even two months old rice to help him sleep. She said she would like to start it in daycare if I was uncomfortable. This lady was trying to take the easy route so my baby can sleep more during the day. She would say one thing but then say something else another day. She asked how much my rent was and asked us other personal questions. After we met her and before signing the contract she asked for the money to hold my son's spot. we wasn't given enough time to think about what we really wanted to do. It was like she was pressuring us to give her the money right away and if we didn't give her the money other parents were interested in this spot as well. Money that was indeed nonrefundable. I told her I'll send the $400.00 but she said that it's actually $500.00. We sent the $500.00 instead and after I sent it she said that I overpayed her. The next day when I signed the contract behold it was $500.00 on the contract. She was very unclear about payments. Once we sent payments and signed the contract. This God fearing woman went crazy on us and became rude and blunt. She stated that she communicates to all of her customers like this. I simply asked for a hard copy of the contract and she got upset as I didn't want my contract scanned to my email. She then asked if this is something I wanted to do. I'm thinking I already gave you a significant amount of money but this God fearing woman talked me out of pursuing the needed care. She made me so uncomfortable and scared me away. Furthermore, we left my son's blanket at her house on the day we signed the contract and we also left a gallon of water for his formula. She told me that I could pick it up. But then she called me back and said that she's about to leave to go somewhere. My fiance went to the house and behold this God fearing woman was still there. She lied about something so simple and I'm glad that I didn't go through with her taking care of my baby. Everyone please be careful out here alot of people who claim that Jesus is the center of their life and who state that they pray about everything are not always honest. I then asked for my money back and this woman said I'll give you half of it but she already bought stuff with it. She then said no that she won't be returning anything. However I did manage to get $100.00 back. This was a crazy situation.
