All corrosive agents, pesticides, bleaches, detergents, cleansers, polishes, any product which is under pressure in an aerosol dispenser, and any substance which may be hazardous to a child if ingested, inhaled, or handled were not stored in a locked room or cabinet. In the classroom on top of a cabinet, we observed a package of Great Value Disinfectant Wipes that are labeled “Keep Out of The Reach of Children” and contains additional warnings. Because the products label included the additional warnings, the disinfectant wipes must be kept in locked storage. You placed the product in a locked cabinet during our visit. | |||

All equipment and furnishings were not in good repair. A vinyl covered child size sofa in the outdoor play area, was observed to have places where the vinyl was pealing. Please repair or replace the vinyl sofa. A wall heat unit in the classroom was observed to have blistered and chipped paint. Please repair the paint on the wall heat unit. | |||

The outdoor premises were not clean, drained and free of litter and hazardous materials grass and other vegetation in a manner which does not encourage vermin. On the playground used by the children, we observed a plastic container with toys in it that had standing water in the bottom. The tarp covering the sand box also hand standing water on it. Please remove the standing water from the play area. | |||

The sign in and out records did not indicate the children's times of arrival at the facility. The Lead Teacher indicated the times of arrival for each child during my visit today. |
