Access Futures Child Care Center

Very disappointed with this childcare center. Half the teachers there don’t greet you or make you feel welcome. The first time I picked up nobody directed me on what to do or where to find stuff. The toys are dirty and Some children walk around with snots or poop/piss in their pants while teachers are sitting around talking. I picked up my granddaughter and she was soaked from top to bottom in piss. Not one teacher in the classroom helped me look for clothes or even apologized for not noticing. Instead they continued to sit and do nothing. They didn’t care to let a child go home like that! How is that quality care?Luckily for a teacher in another classroom who was willing to take the time to help.
