Don’t send your kid unless you have no other option and willing to accept low quality of service and rude behavior of staff. If you have a concern about their care to your child and question them then tend to be aggressive and complain on your kid and will stop looking after your kid. They even go to the extent of punishing your kid by not attending even crying or if getting sick. They don’t give them water to drink for reducing number of diaper changes in a day. Some of them don’t understand English and can’t follow instructions we give them. This review is for academy house 4
I have been using this daycare from few months. Initially it was good daycare but slowly slowly it became profit making institute.The replacement teacher staffs are not upto standards and recent only they have increased monthly fees and now they are asking additional 25$ for camera access features.They have made camera features optional but which parents don't want to see their kids. Taking service from which we were already getting and made optional in middle of year is ethically not right.
