I would rate it negative 5 stars . They allow children to be hurt and LET THEM sit there in pain and not contact their parents or seek medical help. They do not take matters serious and they are careless and should not be allowed to care for children of any age ! I will be contacting the BBB as well as state law enforcement and DHR due to the utter lack of competence and accountability when they allow children to sit and suffer in pain after being hurt and not feel the need to contact the parents because “ it was not serious enough to contact the parents” or notify them at pick up time .
