Toilets were not loose. The bathroom in the 2 1/2 room had a new toilet installed, no caulking was put on. The 4's toilet has old caulking & it needs new caulking applied. Children were engaged in shaving cream activity and the teacher had not placed the can in its secure cabinet yet. Teacher was provided a safe & secure place for her personal belongings but did not put her purse there. Teacher immediately fixed this & was retrained. Teacher was retrained on making sure all exits are free of any blockage.
