I have had my 2 girls in this daycare since late summer of 2017, I am currently looking to switch for many reasons! The director is HORRIBLE never have any concerns or she will treat you like your dirt, she is so mean and only cares about bringing money in. Also for breakfast they get Cereal,Muffins or rare occasion french toast sticks. and some "fruit" which is really canned fruit that is full of high fructose syrup! NEVER once have they had anything served for breakfast with protein. Also, you are not allowed to let your child bring their own lunch if they don't like something that they are served they go hungry. Also in infant classes (I LOVED THE TEACHERS! ) She will not provide baby puffs the teachers are told to give infants cheerios which do not dissolve fast enough for them. I've picked my child up ( a new girl was there in afternoon) when her diaper was so wet the blue line was starting to soak into the other coloring but was yelled at by the director that her new girls changed her 15 minutes before I arrived. I am currently searching for a new child care center for my girls and highly advise to stay away! ALSO I've called corporate and they don't seem to care either.
I had my child in another ABC location, and it was awesome! So I was excited to try this brand new facility, a bigger one with more of a social atmosphere for my child.
Immediately I had regrets for taking my child out of the other location. The director at this location is ridiculous. She's more concerned with "bringing the thunder" than actually listening, or understanding the child's needs. I took my child out after only a week or so.
The way she talked to my child on the very first day was also very ignorant and rude. For a small child to be spoken to in that manner in front of the parent, I can only imagine how she treats the kids when parents aren't there.
I would never recommend this location to anyone, unless they get a new director who has compassion rather than control issues.
