HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE- HIDDEN CHARGES-THEY ARE NOT TAKING ALL THE PRECAUTION TO KEEP THE KIDS SAVE FROM COVID. ONLY ONE PERSON WORKING IN THE MORNING TO RECEIVE, CHECK AND TAKE CARE OF THE KIDS.

La atención al cliente es indignante. Después de 2 dias consegui hablar con alguien que se hizo pasar por la dueña. Utilizo palabras como: “Te lo voy a explicar por última vez.” “ Tengo muchas cosas que hacer para estarte dedicando tiempo.”
Así agradece la dueña de este lugar, luego de que llevamos un año como clients, pagando por sus servicios y todo por que llame a reclamar porque me estaban cobrando extra sin mi autorización.
Tengan mucho cuidado, en horas tempranas los padres se agrupan en la entrada, para dejar a sus hijos todos a la misma vez. Para cortar costos, tienen solo un empleado para recibir a los niños, limpiarle los zapatos y tomarle las temperatura lo que es prácticamente imposible.
O bien no están tomando las medidas de precauciones pertinentes o están dejando sin cuidado a los pequeños que ya estan a dentro, por que no hay forma que un solo empleado pueda ocuparse de todo
