I became the Director of A Step Above Academy South in June 2018. When I joined this team, I felt the support of a wonderful group of families, dedicated staff and owners. There have been struggles, but we've worked through them together, as a team! I love that that A Step Above Academy's goals are to PARTNER with parents to give their child the best learning environment and experiences, to encourage teachers to strive for excellence through furthering their own education and providing a curriculum that will help children develop new skills as well as strengthen the skills they already have. I'm proud to be a member of this team!
