The owner is extremely unorganized and uncommunicative. We do not have a consistent schedule and coordinating this with her has not worked out well at all. My mother in law had surgery and was unable to plan to watch my child. I told the owner more than a month in advance and was assured she would be able to accommodate any days I would need. She then completely failed to confirm the dates I needed until shortly before the surgery, and then said she could not do any days during 2 of the 4 weeks I needed. The lack of confirmation of days on a drop in schedule in general has been a disaster. She also failed to give me an invoice for a month, though I requested it on 4 separate occasions. On the invoice for the next month she added the previous month as ‘past due’. She is nice, but a terrible business lady. There are several good staff members but this does not make up for the owners shortcomings.
