I have used this provider for more than 6 months

There was an incident where my 3 year child told her father that her teacher grabbed her face really hard and caused her to bite the inside of her jaw this past Wednesday Now she has a bruise in the inside of her mouth and the daycare is denying that it happened there. Instead of showing me the cameras of the room where the Director Bridgett claimed over the phone that they have cameras that lasts only 2 days. When i got there that's when it was brought to my attention by again Bridgett that they don't have any cameras in the room where my 3 year old was. Bridget and Camille began to show me video recordings of her father dropping her off and picking her up. (Which is irrelevant to why i was there) they were defensive the whole time and tried to switch the blame on her father. How sad. I would not recommend this daycare at all. There was no empathy shown at all only straight defensiveness. Your children are not safe there.
