Description: We are state licensed, and we are a quality rated program by MSDE's Maryland Excels program. We have a planned preschool program, experienced, well-established staff, a safe and fun environment, AM & PM snacks, and monthly field trips.

|Findings: The teacher and the director did not have proof of emergency and disaster plans that have been conducted this year to show the Licensing Specialist.|
|Findings: The teacher in charge initially did not have access to these records. The director was reached via phone from the teacher and was informed that Release of Information needs to be completed every 2 years and that medicals need to be completed every 5 years. The majority of Releases in file have a date of 7/ 2019. Staff files were eventually able to be reviewed at this inspection. One staff was missing a staff orientation and their were a few staff members that had out of date medicals. Licensing Specialist was given several completed Release of Information at this inspection.|

|Findings: There were several aides in the child care center who have not completed their aide orientation within 90 days of employment.|
|Findings: Licensing Specialist did not have access to this at this inspection. The Director was on vacation and was reached via telephone and stated that they were not completed.|
|Findings: Each of the 3 classrooms had individual first aid kits. Kits were missing liquid fragrance free soap, flashlights, triangular bandage that measures 40x40x64, disposable washcloths and thermometers. Staff was given a copy of the OCC First Aid supply list at this inspection.|
|Findings: No Noncompliances Found|
|Findings: Center has one aide who has not completed 6 hours of continued training. Aide will complete 6 hours of training and center will submit to specialist by the end of the month.|
|Findings: Director has completed 8 out of 12 hours of continued training. Director will take 4 more hours and submit to specialist by the end of the month.|
|Findings: Center had not provided notification of all new employees to Office of Child Care within 5 days of hire and had not submitted release of information forms for all new hires. Center had re-hired several staff members and was not aware that a new release of information form was needed.|
